Exercises for COVID patients :plz start following things asap:
1) Start spirometer exercise ( this is breathing exercise through a equipment called spirometer ) every hourly.
2) Deep breathing exercises every hourly.
3) Take O2 saturation test frequently : check yr saturation level -then walk for 6 minutes -again check saturation.Your saturation difference should not be more than 3-4 units and overall saturation should not be less than 92.
4)All COVID patients should lie/sleep in Prone position( on stomach) : As COVID affects posterior lungs so this position helps a lot.
Keep monitoring your saturation levels.
